Initial Franchise Fee: $60,000 - Fee to operate under the Synergy Franchise Program. Detailed lead list, training, cost for software, computer system, hardware and installing equipment and hardware.
Real Estate: Average $2,000 per month - Fee represents the cost of the monthly lease.
Improvements, Signage: $0-$2,250 - Includes build-out expenses, furniture bought/ leased, required signage.

Equipment: $1,000-$3,500 - You will need to purchase and/ or lease equipment to operate your business.
Site Selection: $250-$1,000 - Expenses to inspect your selected site(s) prior to our approval under the Franchise Agreement.
Opening Advertisement: $6,000-$7,500 - Pre-opening advertisements, promotions, opening set-up.
Miscellaneous: $1,500-$6,500 - Necessary suppliers, utilities, insurance, attorney, accountant and other professional services.
Grand Opening Assistance: $250-$2,000 - Expenses for a Synergy representative to assist in your Grand Opening.
Initial Interview: $0-$3,500 - Expenses to attend a one (1) day interview before signing the agreement.
Additional Funds: $1,000-$10,000 - Working capital to support on-going expense; such as, advertising, payroll, etc. not covered by sales revenue. We estimate the amount to be sufficient for the first 12 months you are in business.
